Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales of fresh floral arrangements are final. We cannot accept returns of fresh flowers once they have been delivered or picked up.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our floral arrangements. If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilting, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Credit toward a future purchase
  • Partial or full refund, at our discretion

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Processing: If you contact us before we begin preparing your arrangement, we will provide a full refund.
  • After Processing: Once we have begun preparing your order, cancellations may incur a processing fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
  • Same-Day Orders: Cancellations for same-day orders may not be possible if the arrangement has already been prepared and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged during shipping or is incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly, typically within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered on the scheduled date or time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our delivery service to resolve the problem. We may offer:
